| Application【应用】 | Sphinganine-1-Phosphate (d18:0) has been used as a reference standard in ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled to a mass spectrometry. It is suitable for use as an internal standard for ultra high performance liquid chromatography for the quantification of blood and muscle sphingolipid. Sphinganine-1-phosphate (d18:0) is also suitable for use as standard in liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. |
