General description【一般描述】	在正常细胞中，JC-1染料能够聚集于线粒体基质中，形成红色的荧光聚集物。任何消耗线粒体跨膜电位的活动(如凋亡)都会影响线粒体中的JC-1染料聚集，导致这种染料分散到整个细胞中，从而使红色荧光(JC-1聚集体)转变为绿色荧光(JC-1单体)。本试剂盒可进行细胞染色，再通过荧光显微镜观察或流式细胞仪观测或测定荧光强度。
Application【应用】	线粒体电化学势梯度 (Δψ) 消耗被视为细胞凋亡的早期症状。本试剂盒采用阳离子亲脂性染料JC-1，可在活细胞中方便、快速地检测线粒体内膜电化学电位变化。
