Principle【原理】	本试剂盒基于JC-1染料的线粒体染色法。在正常细胞中，JC-1染料能够聚集于线粒体基质中，形成红色的荧光聚集物。任何导致线粒体膜电位消失的事件(如细胞凋亡)都会导致JC-1染料在线粒体内无法聚集。可通过荧光计或荧光显微镜来检测这一染料。
