| General description【一般描述】 | Human PADI2, also known as Peptidyl arginine deiminase, type II, (GenBank Accession No. NM_007365), amino acids 1-665 (end) with C-terminal FLAG-tag, MW= 77kDa, expressed in a Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system. Peptidyl arginine deiminase, protein-2 (PADI2) is mapped to human chromosome 1p36. It is expressed in Sertoli cells at the time of testicular development. |
