| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | Mogrol is an aglycone of mogrosides from Siraitia grosvenorii that exhibits neuroprotective and anticancer activities. It induces apoptosis in K562 leukemia cells through suppression of ERK1/2 and STAT3 pathways. Mogrol appears to ameliorate the memory impairment caused by Aβ1-42 in mice. Mogrol increases AMPK activity in hepatocytes and suppresses adipocyte differentiation in 3T3-L1 cells. |
