| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | Chondroitinase C acts upon chondroitin sulfate C, releasing unsaturated 6-sulfated disaccharides. The enzyme also acts on hyaluronic acid, producing unsaturated nonsulfated disaccharides. The enzyme is strongly inhibited by NaCl, Fe2+, Co2+ and phosphate ions. |
