| General description【一般描述】 | Ser/Thr protein phosphatase type 5 (PP5) is a 58kD protein present in human and is localized in nucleus which plays an essential role in mitosis and in the regulation of RNA biogenesis. It also has a pivotal role in cell proliferation and facilitates neoplastic transformation. Rabbit Anti-Protein Phosphatase 5 (PP5) antibody can identify human PP5 and reacts specifically with protein serine threonine phosphatase 5 (58 kD). |
