| Cell Line Description【细胞系描述】 | This cell line has been isolated from a lymph node metastasis from a 43 year old male patient with malignant melanoma. Due to their highly invasive properties, the cells can be used as a source of cellular invasion associated proteins e.g. collagen type IV collagenase, tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 and autocrine motility factor. |
