| General description【一般描述】 | 定量RT-PCR ReadyMix™是设计用于测量基因表达的一步式RT-PCR试剂盒，其结合了莫洛尼鼠白血病病毒逆转录酶(M-MLV RT)和JumpStart ™Taq DNA聚合酶。这种方便的2X预混液(ready mix)包括M-MLV RT、JumpStart ™Taq DNA聚合酶、纯度99％的脱氧核苷酸、缓冲液、玻璃钝化剂和稳定剂。JumpStart ™Taq DNA聚合酶是一种抗体灭活的热启动酶(hot-start enzyme)。一旦反应温度达到70℃，DNA聚合酶-抗体复合物随即解离，Taq DNA聚合酶活性得以恢复。这种抗体-酶复合物可实现简单便捷的设置，并相对于手动热启动技术具有更低的污染风险。该试剂盒经过设计可用于基于荧光杂交探针的检测方法。 |
