IL-2 stimulates growth and differentiation of B-cells, NK cells, lymphokine activated killer cells, monocytes, macrophages and oligodendrocytes. Recombinant human IL-2 is a 15.5 kDa protein, containing 134 amino acid residues including one intrachain disulfide bond. Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute the contents of the vial in water to a concentration range of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. |
