| Cell Line Description【细胞系描述】 | HeLa DH cells are the wildtype that has been used for connexin-transfection assays and subsequent analysis of permeability and gap junction formation. The wildtype exhibits stable membrane potentials, very low gap junctional conductance and high stability under double whole-cell patch-clamp measurements. Gap junction plaques were not detected but using antibody directed against connexin 45 identified gap junction channels as dispersed particles in non typical gap junction areas. |
